Just a short train ride from Nippori Station or the Tokyo Skytree, its retro streets are lined with traditional sweet shops, mom-and-pop restaurants, and quaint local sights.


This private bike tour lets you explore Shibamata at your own pace, discovering its unique atmosphere while enjoying the freedom of cycling.


You will meet your host at a bicycle rental shop near Ohanajaya Station and begin your ride to Shibamata Taishakuten Buddhist Temple, a local landmark. From there, enjoy lunch at a neighborhood restaurant and take a stroll along the retro shopping street.


Continue your ride along the Edogawa Cycling Road toward Mizumoto Park, the largest waterfront park within Tokyo’s 23 wards, and stop for a coffee break at Bicycle Coffee, a local café run by a bicycle enthusiast.


Afterward, fold your bikes, take the train to a nearby station, and cycle back to the rental shop to return your bikes.
