Your host, Katsuji, has 38 years of experience managing 12 successful izakaya, ramen shops and sushi restaurants. He now utilizes the knowledge he acquired over nearly four decades in the business to run cooking classes at his home in Osaka while collaborating with his daughter, Chiharu.

His classes teach a variety of Japanese staple dishes, from tempura to ramen, but this class focuses on a classic combination of rice, fish, seaweed and toppings: sushi.
