Treat your taste buds to royal Turkish cuisine, inherited from the court culture of the Ottoman Empire.
Restaurant Details
Turkish cuisine is often said to be one of the world’s three major cuisines. A leading restaurant of Turkish cuisine in Tokyo, Burgaz Ada inherited their recipes — which were once only limited to the royalty of the court, and loved by the various sultans of the Ottoman Empire — handed down through the generations.
It is believed that the original chef of this restaurant was part of a special group of culinary insiders, and the royal delights served at this intricately decorated restaurant were originally invented by the Sultan’s palace chefs.
Highly-recommended is the chef’s signature creation: grilled spring lamb chops dipped in a house-secret marinade and prepared over an open fire. With minimal to no preparations beforehand, dishes are made fresh with a myriad of exotic herbs and spices mixed together with generous helpings of vegetables, producing a unique flavor that prioritizes nutritional balance without abandoning taste.
