Restaurant Details
Yakiniku is the Japanese style of grilled beef, often served as fresh as possible by cooking it on a hot plate in the middle of the table. This popular and social style of dining is taken to new heights at Kinryusan — considered by many in-the-know locals as the best yakiniku restaurant in the world. Their bestselling, extra-special kalbi short ribs are incredibly tender, and their fatty, marbled wagyu is sourced from some of the most highly-rated farms in the country. Unsurprisingly, this is one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in Japan, period: owing to the reasonable price for which they offer such prime quality. Consider booking many months in advance.
