During the class, guests will prepare and enjoy a multi-course meal. You will cook garlic chips, grilled fish, grilled live lobster, grilled live abalone, grilled Omi beef steak (70g sirloin and 60g fillet), and garlic rice. Other courses include seasonal appetizers, roast beef, soup of the day, grilled vegetables, pickled dishes with miso soup, and a refreshing sorbet to finish. Chef Yamada studied in France for 2 years at prestigious 2- and 3-star restaurants before returning to Japan to work at renowned establishments.
