Tokyo Samurai Spirit: Create Sushi and Witness a Samurai Sword Show at Lunch Time

This 80-minute sushi experience in Asakusa offers a lively and memorable way to explore Japanese culture through food. Step inside a newly built Sengoku-themed restaurant inspired by the age of samurai and warlords. The space is decorated with armor, helmets, and swords, creating a dramatic setting that feels both immersive and photo-ready. During the 80-minute course, guests enjoy five pieces of nigiri sushi, one large rolled sushi, and a playful donut-shaped sushi. A skilled sushi chef demonstrates how to prepare a large roll and performs a dashimaki tamago grilling demonstration right before your eyes. Guests also take part in making their own sushi, guided step by step. Sushi you shape yourself has a flavor that feels even more special. Sessions are limited to 12 guests, creating an intimate, interactive atmosphere. Along the way, learn about samurai culture while savoring freshly made sushi in a setting unlike any other in Tokyo. The course is conducted mainly in English, with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean subtitles displayed on a monitor, so guests from around the world can follow along and fully enjoy the experience.
