Your day starts with a visit to a local supermarket, where your instructor introduces everyday ingredients and shares simple tips for choosing them, offering a glimpse into how locals shop and cook in Tokyo.


Back in the cozy kitchen, your instructor shows you how to make Yuzu shio ramen from scratch, from preparing the noodles to simmering the broth and preparing chashu pork and ajitama eggs, while explaining why these flavors are so loved in Japanese homes.


Next, roll and shape okaka onigiri, learning the delicate balance of rice, seasoning, and presentation.


Guests taste their creations in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying the fruits of their effort while gaining insight into the everyday Japanese dining experience.
