We loved the class, it was a lot of fun and so educational. Very hands on and the food we made was exceptional. Andrew, Catarina and Shu were fabulous teachers and it was overall a fantastic experience, one of the best things we've done in Tokyo! Overall great experience, I did it solo and it was a delightful one on one (and a translator) course. I took the class on Christmas and it was a delightful way to enjoy a holiday lunch. You make cute and simple sushi that you can then recreate at home paired with a fresh and crispy tempura medley. A simple and enjoyable learning experience for 2 Japanese classics.

Brilliant, engaging and delicious class led by knowledgeable chefs! Takes place in a lovely, small setting. Described by the chefs as “more like work experience” they were true to their word - you were put to work straight away, feeling fully immersed in the experience and loving every minute.
