Saeko a very kind person and a wonderful teacher! She welcomed our group into her lovely home and taught us about all the ingredients we used. She also explained how Tamagoyaki, miso soup, and sushi differ between Osaka and Tokyo. She taught us how to make each one of these from scratch, and shared the wonderful recipes with us afterwards! I think I might get a Tamagoyaki pan, ha ha. I would definitely recommend the class to anyone who is interested in cooking or even just in a little cultural food lesson! Thanks, Saeko!
