Your host will explain the flow of a Japanese tea ceremony before you engage in a casual table-style tea ceremony experience and have the opportunity to whisk your own matcha. Throughout the experience, your host will share captivating stories about the significance of ceremonial culture, the shop's reconstruction after the atomic bomb, and the historical importance of the samurai tea ceremony
- Following the tea ceremony, you will be treated to a boxed lunch featuring seasonal ingredients, including an assortment of simmered dishes and the rare and symbolic akahan, a traditional red rice dish typically reserved for celebratory occasions
