学問的には生物学者ですが、人生ではワイン生産者、作家、食品の専門家、文化的伝統主義者です。私はワイン生産で5年以上の経験があります。
現在、ブログをもとに街のガイドブックを執筆中です。
私の最大の楽しみはポルトガルとそのワインです。私は生まれてここに 15 年間住んでいて、すぐにその美食と文化に恋をしました。私が見ているようにポルトガルを体験していただきたいと思います。ワイン醸造の美しさにも魅了されると確信しています。
