We got a fun and interesting introduction to the history of sushi, and they taught us how to make nigiri and hosomaki with great care. We got to eat the sushi we made ourselves! There was a nice variety of ingredients, including some unique options like pickled vegetables, which was a fun twist. It was a really enjoyable time making sushi with friends, learning lots from the friendly instructors!

An unforgettable Japanese experience!! The instructor and assistant were amazing. This is the perfect place to learn about traditional Japanese sushi culture and its history. The building is traditional, but the interior has been renovated, super clean and modern. My handmade sushi didn’t look perfect, but it tasted absolutely delicious.

This was my first time making sushi by myself! I learned so much about the culture and history of sushi. It was such a meaningful and enriching time. The sushi I made became something really special to me! It tasted 120% better because I made it myself. Totally worth experiencing. Thank you!
