The husband cooks up Kyo-ryori dishes using fresh fish and wild game such as bear, while the wife handles all of the hospitality wearing a traditional kimono. Their menu changes throughout the year, so every visit will be a surprise.
Their dishes and sake are served with beautiful ceramic cups and plates which you would normally only find behind the glass in a museum.
