Unlike the counter-style kaiseki dining that has an air of formality, this French restaurant went in a casual direction with its decor. The seamless combination of French and Japanese cuisine is subtle, with hints of Japanese flavors presented in quintessential French dishes. The matcha brulee is a great example of Heritage's appreciation of local flavors, incorporating them into famous foreign delicacies.

While a la carte ordering is available, it is limited, and the course menu option is more highly recommended — expect a variety of meat dishes, sweet appetizers and delicious desserts.
