Le Pignon
Le Pignon
The seasonal ingredients of Japan are woven into fine French cuisine at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Nagoya.
Restaurant Details
The focal point of Le Pignon’s design is the 100-year-old pine tree in the garden, which the windows running the length of the wall look out onto. It’s for this tree that the restaurant was named.
If you’d rather focus on the cooking than the garden, counter seats are available from which to watch all of the dishes come together. These include a range of contemporary and classic French dishes, with a menu that changes regularly to match the seasons.
There’s a focus on seasonal, all-natural ingredients in the cooking, making the dishes at Le Pignon healthier than your average high-class French restaurant. Excellent wines are available too, with pairings to match each of the dishes in the menu.
