It was really great to taste the impact that different production methods have on the humble tea leaf and it is an experience we would happily recommend for those interested in Japanese tea.
Special thanks to Yosuke as well because I incorrectly wrote down the wrong time in my diary and we made it an hour late to our appointment but he was happy to stay and take us through the experience anyway which he definitely didn't need to do!
