This tour of Koenji and environs was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a different view of Tokyo (outside of Shibuya and Shinjuku). Andy is a terrific guide and you will gain important sociological insights! The ride is at the perfect pace and easily doable by most. Again, I highly recommend this tour, particularly if you want to see a different side of Tokyo. 一押し!!!

Great local bike tour. I enjoyed riding through the streets of an area in Tokyo that I probably wouldn't normally frequent. I found some of the riding a bit risky, as I am not used to riding on streets around pedestrians and was uncomfortable with that. I don't know if it's really a tour for foodies...the choices of food were all things we could have gotten in any area of Tokyo/Japan. The food options were a noodle soup and two treats. Not sure value for food matched the price of the tour.

Our guide,Take , was so informative! The small streets through older neighborhoods we biked were so scenic and familiarized us with Tokyo in a way not otherwise possible. We learned so much, and had fun while doing it! Great food too!

We had an amazing time! Our guide Takeshi was very informative, he gave a lot of interesting facts during the tour. We saw a lot of interesting sight that we would have missed. The bikes were also really good, you can adjust them to your needs. We can only recommend this activity.

The best way to discover any destination is by bicycle. Well, maybe not the likes of New Delhi and Bangkok, but the bike-friendly streets of Japan really lend themselves to leisurely afternoons of cycling! You could rent a bike in Japan and go it alone, but to really make the most of your time, a bike tour in Japan is the way to go.

Rather than cramming yourself into a busy commuter train with only tunnel walls for a view and the back of a stranger’s head for company, book yourself a spot on one of these fun and social Japanese cycling tours for a street-level view of the hustle and bustle.

Led by an expert English-language guide, you’ll follow the best routes to unlock the best hidden secrets in each neighborhood. Along the way, you’ll learn more about the local Japanese cultural landmarks and get a chance to try some delicious Japanese foods too. There’s really no better way to explore Japan like a local than on one of these bike tours!
