Our experience cooking with Yoshi was nothing short of perfection. It was by far one of our favorite experiences in Tokyo. And, the icing on the cake, was that we actually probably had our best meal ever as well! Homemade ramen, dumplings, the most thoughtful instruction and warm environment. We can not say enough good things! Come hungry - and bring take out containers because you won’t want to leave anything behind.

We saved this experience for the last days in Japan, and we should have done this from.the beginnint. The lesson with Kaori-san was fun, interesting and tasty! We also learned a lot of details about japanese eating habits, and plenty of information about veggie and vegan places and products we would have used from the start of our trip. It was one of our BEST investments there. It requires a bit of a metro Transit, but It is easy to reach and Kaori-san awaits for you at the station, with great english. Top choice.

Chef Yoshi and his wife Amo were excellent hosts for our cooking class! They accommodated our children (3, 5, 8 years old) and were so helpful and friendly with everything! We were afraid this wouldn’t be for kids but it was just the opposite. Amo met us at the train station and walked us to their place where the cooking class was held. The environment was very warm and welcoming! Chef Yoshi greeted us as we came up the stairs. All the steps were explained in detail, and didn’t rush us at all since our kids were involved too. Everything was perfect and the food was excellent! They taught us how to make gyoza and homemade ramen noodles using a machine. Amo was so kind she even took pictures of us and emailed them to us (along with the recipes!) when the class was finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try a private cooking class!! Thank you so much Chef Yoshi & Amo!!

This was life changing for me; I have been a ramen lover for ever. I first saw a ramen bowl in Naruto atleast 25 years ago and my dream came true today. I learned how to make noodles from scratch and then soup and then toppings. Chef is super amazing and owner lady is so amazing ❤️. I would recommend everyone to join this class! I will come back again and next time I will do the one full day course here. Best Experience Ever🙏
