In this experience, you will be welcomed by Miyuki, a local host and experienced cooking instructor, who will guide you through a hands-on cooking class in Shinagawa, central Tokyo.


After meeting near the kitchen studio, you will walk together and begin the lesson with an overview of the recipes. Miyuki will introduce her signature chicken teriyaki along with supporting side dishes.


You will prepare a full home-style meal including dashimaki omelet, miso soup, and green beans with sesame dressing.


As you cook, you will learn practical techniques and simple tips that bring out the best in Japanese ingredients and everyday home cooking.


Once everything is ready, you will sit down to enjoy your meal together. As you enjoy your lunch, Miyuki will share insights into Japanese table manners and daily food culture, and you will have time to ask questions.


Afterward, you will enjoy tea with traditional Japanese sweets, bringing the experience to a warm and satisfying close.
