Under the guidance of Chef Michiharu, a seasoned sushi expert with over 10 years of professional experience and a family legacy rooted in traditional Japanese dining, you’ll dive into every detail of crafting authentic sushi from start to finish.


This hands-on workshop lets you master essential techniques such as mixing perfectly seasoned sushi rice with vinegar, preparing tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), and shaping nigiri sushi.


Don’t worry if nigiri seems intimidating, Chef Michiharu’s clear and friendly instructions will have you confidently forming delicate pieces using fresh ingredients like salmon, yellowtail, striped jack, sea bream, and shrimp.


You’ll also get creative making maki rolls filled with traditional favorites like tamagoyaki, kampyo (dried gourd), cucumber, and carrot.
