Experience Details
Step into Osaka’s lively Namba district for a fun, hands-on sushi-making experience. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn, get creative, and enjoy tasting your delicious creations.
This class lets you explore Japanese cuisine with friendly, English-speaking instructors guiding you every step of the way. Your experience begins with a brief introduction to sushi and Japanese cuisine, including the history of sushi and expert tips for preparing perfect sushi rice.
Now it’s time to get hands-on. You’ll make 9 nigiri sushi and 3 gunkan-maki, guided step by step by your instructors. No prior experience is required, and all necessary ingredients and tools are provided. You can also enjoy Japanese sake with your sushi for a full cultural experience.
After crafting your sushi, you’ll sit down to savor your creations, experiencing the flavors and textures of your work firsthand. As a keepsake, you’ll take home a small souvenir to remember your sushi adventure in Osaka. Guests can choose the Premium Sushi Making Course, which includes 10 pieces of sushi.
The class lasts about 90 minutes, covering a brief intro to Japanese cuisine, hands-on sushi making, and time to enjoy your creations.
