The food was sublime. Extremely friendly and caring service from our server. Private and Quiet atmosphere allowing us to immerse ourselves in the traditional Gion setting. Definitely worth another visit.

This was such a fun experience! The food was amazing! The atmosphere was perfect. The place is very small so the service is very personalized. One of my favorite dining experiences.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. Authentic Japanese food and different to other restaurants we have been to. It was next level elegant food and yet affordable. A very good Chef with exceptional produce. Service was also seamless and friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing meal of authenticity and traditional. I loved the bamboo basket with paper lining hotpot, an awesome display of authenticity. Definitely worth the value!

Had the Kue course,it was an amazing and very fulfilling course. Cooked in many different ways. Great to taste Fukuoka’s delicacy. The service was good, however limited English.

Thank you, it was a wonderful experience! We were allowed to bring our toddler (2 years old) and were given a private room to ensure our comfort. The set menu was very unique and delicious. We even got to try fugu! Many thanks to the entire staff for the warm welcome, the outstanding food, and the clear explanations about each dish and how to enjoy it.

Our meal here was so amazing. Everything from start to finish was delicious and presented beautifully. It was so fun to watch the chef prepare each course. He was so fun and laughed with us and seemed to enjoy cooking as much as we enjoyed eating the food. We were allowed and even encouraged to take photos of the food. I was nervous about liking the fancy food but it was so nicely prepared with interesting flavors I ate everything and enjoyed the experience. Truly a one of a kind meal worth every penny.

The food was exceptional, definitely would come back to try on a different season and see how different the dishes would come out. Service was great from start to end. The atmosphere was very welcoming.
