私たちの経験は、ゲストのためにユニークで忘れられない瞬間を生み出します。目的は、私たちの島と私たちのプランテーションの製品が強調される、ドリンク付きの 3 コース メニューを表示することです。 「季節の食材」を使用することを求めているため、メニューは同じように変化し、常に「マデイラの伝統的なエスペターダ」が主役です。

ご来店のお客様には「ウェルカムドリンク」をご用意してお待ちしております。 2 番目の瞬間は、私たちのスペースと農業生産を訪れ、メニューに表示されるいくつかの製品を収穫します。次に、プロセス全体を周知し、絆を築くために、ゲストに不可欠な部分になってもらいたいメニューの作成を開始します。試飲段階の後、私たちの経験はマデイラ島の典型的な自家製の消化器で終わります.
