프로그램 세부사항
Basilicata 시골의 독특하고 아름다운 자연 속에 자리 잡은 이 농가는 전통 재료와 현지 재료를 사용하여 지어졌습니다. 농장에는 2000그루가 넘는 올리브 나무와 약 300그루의 오렌지 나무뿐만 아니라 가지, 애호박, 토마토, 아티초크, 치커리, 레몬, 체리, 석류 등을 제공하는 유기농 과일 및 채소 밭이 있습니다. 손님들은 농장의 전문 주방에서 요리하는 법을 배우게 됩니다.
