We thoroughly enjoyed the ramen and gyoza making experience. Trainer Saeko took us through each step of the making in detail and explain the types and usage of the ingredients. The recipe is easy to replicate at home yet taste like great. I'm so glad I signed up on this class as the focus is on making the soup broth and char siew meat from scratch rather than on the ramen noodles. Strongly recommended.

We did this authentic cooking experience last night and it exceeded our expectations. We were 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) but it is something even young kids would enjoy. I had no idea how much detailed work goes into making ramen! The chef land his wife are welcoming and engaging. We planned it for our dinner and it was delicious and filling. You can choose from 4 choices from strong to lighter taste options. Highly recommend for any individual, group or family.
