This owner-chef is an ex fisherman who travelled the world by sea, and is happy to tell tales of his travels, so you know this is the sort of meal you want to be at the counter for.
His skill as a chef is also considerable, proven by the Michelin star his shop holds. Using local ingredients, he serves up fantastic nigiri, some with complex preparations not found on the menu anywhere else in town.
There are various course meals to choose from according to your taste and budget. Be sure to place your reservation early, however, as the six counter seats at this restaurant are highly prized among the sushi lovers of Tokyo.
