Seika Kobayashi

Seika Kobayashi
Below are equally premium chefs with much higher acceptance, same caliber, easier to secure.
Ultra-exclusive and ultra-delicious — this traditional dining restaurant in Shinjuku ward is one to put at the top of your list.
Restaurant Details
This restaurant is named after a type of Chinese ceramic — the seika — of which the owner is an avid collector. You’ll be able to see some pieces of his extensive collection on display here at his restaurant, now located in Arakicho (near the Shinjuku History Museum) after relocating from Roppongi.
The menu is unique in that each dish focuses on just one ingredient, with others used sparingly to highlight and elevate this main component. A meal here is an exclusive event, with only two parties of six diners permitted to enter each evening.
If you are lucky enough to be among the twelve diners who walk through the doors, you’re in for a meal that you won’t soon forget.
