Even though it's located in Ginza, the restaurant is comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle. As we sat down, the menu of the day already piqued our excitement, and the waiter's detailed explanations of each dish as it was served helped us better understand its composition. The menu is full of various ingredients from Yamagata Prefecture, including many vegetables that we tried for the first time. Highly recommended.

The food was truly amazing. The amount, however, was definitely more than I expected so I had to pace myself . Menu must have changed since the one posted on your website because there were several items I can’t eat . The staff did graciously exchange or eliminate them .Outstanding were the A5 beef and shrimp risotto .

Outstanding dinner with cozy ambience

I really enjoyed my experience at Robataya Jiro! From the warm hospitality to the presentation and taste of the dishes, everything was lovely. The chef has many years of international cooking experience and uses innovative techniques to prepare the food. While each dish was wonderful, I especially liked the simmered fish. It was incredibly tender and delicious! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale and authentic robatayaki experience.

Easy to make reservations via byfood.com. Took my gf here on our last night in Tokyo. Good thing for google maps otherwise i wouldn't know how to get here. Restaurant outside looks very discreet. We had the Seasonal course with kuroge wagyu beef. It was great experience watching the chef prepare and serve the food in front of us. He knew English and explained each dish as he presented it to us. The small appetizers were light and satisfying. The one beef course was delicious, I wish there was more beef or a second beef dish in the course menu. My favorite was the crab cream croquette and kuroge wagyu beef. We had a enjoyable time here.
