Adachi Naoto is both the name of this Michelin-starred restaurant and the chef who runs it. Although naming your restaurant after yourself might suggest a hint of egotism, his warm and humble hospitality displays anything but!
The cooking on show behind his counter is equally as impressive. Prepare yourself to savor fantastic soups using a house-blend dashi stock, and premium seasonal ingredients such as fugu (pufferfish) in winter. There are three different levels of course meal to choose from, at three price points. Sake, and wines from around the world are also in abundance.
