This was a wonderful experience with Yoko, she was very welcoming and organised it allowed us to feel very comfortable as soon as we walked in!
Yoko instructed us well in how to cook a variety of dishes for a bento box. The demonstrations were very helpful allowing us to try it ourselves and learn how it is done.
I am very glad I chose Yoko's cooking class, it was a beautiful area and we got to enjoy eating our lovely bento boxes overlooking the shore.

We had a great time and even though I know how to cook some Japanese dishes, I learned many valuable tips and how to cook the Japanese make stock using the real kelp and bonito vs out of a package. The instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable.
