An amazing morning spent at this restaurant. A highlight of my time in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend.

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was fascinating to learn about Tsuta’s ingredient philosophy and how every element is carefully chosen—from the soy sauce blend to the type of flour used in the noodles. The tasting at the end was, of course, amazing—knowing the thought behind the bowl made it taste even better.

The Tsuta ramen tour was one of the highlights of my trip. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into making one of Japan’s most iconic Michelin-starred ramen bowls. I really appreciated how the experience balanced storytelling, technique, and tasting.

This was a fantastic experience! We got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of Tokyo’s best ramen shops—Tsuta, the first ramen shop ever to receive a Michelin star. We gained a deeper understanding of the components of ramen, Tsuta’s unique approach, and, of course, enjoyed their delicious ramen at the end. Highly recommend booking this!
