It was a unique and exquisite family activity. The host, Max, a Japanese who speaks fluent English, gave us a great tour in nearby fresh market followed by a customized cooking experience in nice kitchen studio.
He was very entertaining and we enjoyed every moment.
Highly recommended this activity to everyone who are keen to learn more about Japan through food and cooking.

We had a fantastic time on our tour. Our guide, Hiro, was very knowledgeable and adept at navigating the crowded market; he was also great at making the group feel welcome and comfortable together. Tons of food to both look at and taste ending with a sushi demonstration and tasting. We would highly recommend doing a tour over going it alone.

Incredible experience. Chef had limited English so we conversed using google translate. Food was fantastic, including the items other than the Kobe beef. The asparagus soup stood out especially. Will recommend to all I know going through Japan.
