I had the absolute pleasure of attending the fermentation class today! I had an incredible time learning authentic Nagoya home cooking! Unlike other classes where you just watch and eat, this was completely hands-on, which made a huge difference. Yuko-san and her family were so welcoming that the evening felt more like a warm family gathering than a formal lesson. If you want to experience the true heart of Nagoya’s food culture beyond just sitting in a restaurant, this is the perfect way to do it. I will definitely be making that tebasaki when I get back home!

This is the best class for anyone who loves cooking. It is also a new and fun class for those who don't like cooking. Also, this cafe, which hosts this tour, is very friendly and caring to everyone. It has various souvenirs made with kome rice, and it is a very nice cafe that is eco-friendly. I will try to make onigiri in the way they taught me. If you go to Tokyo, Japan, you should definitely take this class. Not only will you have fun, you can also eat your own delicious onigiri. この店最高 :)
