Yuki was our guide at the fish markets today, and provided a wealth of history of the area and local market. We enjoyed the different shops and tasting the food, and topped it off with the best sake we have ever tasted!! Dee & Michael..

This tour was a highlight of our trip to Japan. Kyoko took the 1 hour train with us and also facilitated and translated the tour with the team at the Toshimaya Brewery. Kyoko was more than a guide; she’s a sake somm and cares deeply for preserving Japanese culture, personally supporting the brewery with her time and energy. She got to know us and told us all about the area, the sake industry, and gave us recommendations for things to do in Tokyo. The brewery was a precious place to behold and we had a peaceful and informative afternoon. We’re now much more interested in sake and supporting the national drink of Japan after this tour. Thank you, Kyoko!

The staff were amazing, helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. All in all I would recommend this to anybody who wants to make sushi. The only issue I had was the location can be slightly difficult to find but the staff really helped when I was slightly lost
