We had a lovely evening with Yoko-san making gyoza and ramen. She was well prepared for the evening and was able to accommodate a shellfish sensitivity and vegetarian request so we made ramen with a vegan base which was very tasty. Yoko-san was very patient with our gyoza making and although we had a few malformed gyoza in the mix the taste was just as good. It was a fun evening and offered a great chance to try something different while we were in Japan.

What a special and delicious morning with Sa-eko in her home where we learnt how to make creamy ramen and gyoza. Our host was excellent, gave us lots of hints and tips around the food and Japanese culture. The food we sat down to was a generous portion with excellent flavours. We all loved our morning

Saeko was a really great host/instructor. Her house was comfortable and she was great at getting everyone involved in the cooking process. The ramen we prepared tasted really good, same with the gyoza. Saeko had some great resources to explain how ramen is made, it's cultural significance and the difference between home made ramen and restaurant ramen. Would highly recommend.

Was amazing!! Not only very interesting but also the chef explains everything, help you take pictures and videos, very nice and the ramen is so tasty!!

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. We felt so welcomed and accommodated by our teacher and went the extra mile throughout. He was very kind and patient, too. When cooking, he was extremely knowledgeable and taught us so much more than what we expected. The food was absolutely delicious and the tea ceremony was fun, too. I couldn’t recommend this experience more!
