Indulge in the exquisite tastes of Hokkaido's seafood catches, prepared the Italian way.
Restaurant Details
Have a change of pace from the traditionally-prepared seafood of Hakodate by dining at Colz. Renowned for their interesting take on how seafood should be prepared, this Italian restaurant combines a mixture of ingredients and seasonings to devise unique dishes. Colz has a healthy variety of different courses available: about four of them at different costs to suit the different budgets of guests. As the ingredients used for the dishes are freshly caught and sourced directly from the area, the menu often changes to accommodate the freshest ones. Dishes of the different seasons include pork belly pasta smoked with fermented Chinese cabbage, dried scallops and mushrooms dipped in house-made sauce, and fried salty egg tofu made from frozen tofu. The sizes and portions of the dishes are adjustable by request. Take your pick from coffee, tea, or wine to go along with your course meal at Colz — included in the price of the course itself, making this an excellent value package for any budget.
