Learn how local botanicals, fruits, spices and traditional distilling techniques come together to create internationally awarded gins, rums and liqueurs. You'll enjoy a guided tasting of five handcrafted spirits, selected to showcase the diversity of Croatian craft distilling. Every spirit is introduced with the story behind its creation, giving you a unique insight into the people, inspiration and craftsmanship. To complete the experience, tasting is paired with award-winning artisan Gligora cheese, one of Croatia's most celebrated cheese producers. A wonderful experience! I learned so much about Brix liquors - they delicious and very high quality. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed this experience thoroughly and recommend it highly. :) I only have 3 recommendations. - One, that you offer non-private tours so that solo travelers like me can meet other travelers. - Two, that you include a tour of the distillery and an explanation of the machinery. Adrien was great!

Adrien was an excellent purveyor of spirits. He was able to work us in for a tasting tour, was fun, educational and adapted to our different styles. Most of all, his advice and recommendations were on target! We never would have tried the chocolate chili liqueur. We are so happy taking this home to Hawaii with us! Amazing store with great ( and award winning) spirits!
