In this hands-on cooking experience, a local host and certified food coordinator will show you how to roll maki sushi with confidence while sharing practical tips you can use in your own kitchen.


You will meet your host at the designated meeting point and walk together to the kitchen studio in Shinagawa.


Once there, she will introduce the flow of the class and guide you through the recipes before you begin cooking.


From preparing the sushi rice to filling, rolling, and cutting, you will learn each step with clear, hands-on instruction.


Alongside your maki rolls, you will also make classic side dishes, including miso soup, tamagoyaki, and green beans with sesame dressing.


After cooking, you will enjoy your freshly made sushi with tea and a seasonal dessert in a cozy home setting.


During lunch, your host will share insights into Japanese food culture, including table manners and everyday dining customs.
