Nice host, Japanese mun teacher, exoerienced around shop let me know more about Japanese culture, and show me some insteresting food in supermarket, she can speak well English, no worry about communication, and she is happy mun, we have happy cooking time, she told me a lot of think let me deely know more about Japan, I got a amazing experience in Japan today, I appreciated this trip joined her cookingcl class, and I will join again next time.

My ramen-making experience at Ramen Dojo was one of those special experiences that I will remember long after leaving Japan. Sensei Yoku was absolutely wonderful—patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the art of making ramen. There is something incredibly rewarding about learning the process step by step, working with your own hands, and then sitting down to enjoy a bowl of ramen that you actually created yourself. What made the experience especially memorable was Sensei Yoku. He made the class feel personal rather than simply another tourist activity, and I left with a much greater appreciation for the skill, tradition, and care that goes into something as seemingly simple as a bowl of ramen. I’ve taken several hands-on classes during my travels, and these are often the experiences I treasure the most because they allow you to connect with the people and culture in a completely different way. Ramen Dojo was exactly that kind of experience. Thank you, Sensei Yoku, for sharing your knowledge, your patience, and a little piece of Japanese culture with me. An absolutely fantastic experience and an easy five stars!

社長に一から丁寧に教えていただき、納豆のことを知れば知るほど、その奥深さと面白さを感じました。 実際に作り方を学ぶだけではなく、いろいろな種類の納豆製品を試食させていただいたり、納豆についてのお話を伺ったり、とても楽しく、貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。 そして何より、私のつたない日本語にもかかわらず、最後まで優しく丁寧に教えてくださった社長に心から感謝しています。 日本での旅は、ただ美しい景色を見たり、美味しいものを食べたりするだけではなく、こうして素敵な人に出会い、新しいことを学べることも大きな楽しみのひとつです。 社長、本当にありがとうございました！ これからも納豆について、もっともっと勉強してみたいと思います😊

Amo & Yoshi were such amazing hosts and teachers....and most important the Ramen and global were AMAZING!!!!. The class was small (just my wife and i) which made it very personal and allowed us to enjoy our time without a large class distracting them with other students. Book this now! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for welcoming us in and teaching us to make the BEST GYOZA and BEST Ramen ive ever tasted!!! YUM!!!!!

AMAZING!!!! Chef is so cute!! Making sushi was fun and we got extra tempura snacks and soup. Even though the chef doesn’t speak very good English he’s trying to explain as good as possible. Highly recommended for a real local experience

Shizuka Anderson's Harajuku Sweets and Street Food Tour was Fabulous! First, I want to say that since I had a knee problem, Shizuka was very helpful, caring, and accommodating - Shizuka was very patient and gave much-appreciated advice to ease my walking during the food tour. As for the tasty gems our tour group had at several shops along the way, the street food was delicious, including both the sweet and savory items, most notably the fried chicken on a stick and the small pancakes with ice cream. The restaurant that was our final stop had terrific Japanese food and drinks. I love how Shizuka not only prepared and explained the several very delicious dishes at our table but allowed me and the other food tour members to prepare the various foods. Shizuka is a terrific teacher - as well as very personable and a lot of fun - who made the restaurant experience like a very lively cooking class! It was a very pleasant surprise! I can't believe how the time flew by so quickly for the entire tour! In closing, I Most Highly recommend Shizuka Anderson's Harajuku Sweets and Street Food Tour! The food tour price is well worth it! If I'm ever in Tokyo again, I would love to take Shizuka's food tour for a second time - or any other food tour Shizuka may have! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the Tour ....10 + stars!! And 10 + stars for Shizuka being such a lovely, very fun host!! 🙂

Fun activity and value for money. Host was lovely, guided us how to make and helped us take pictures and videos of us making the Taiyaki. As we only eat halal, we could only make matcha and red bean Taiyaki - which were plant based. Highly recommend this activity for anyone looking for a fun activity to do in Asakusa!

Much harder than I thought it would be. Instructors were super kind and helpful. I had lots of fun. I just wish that we had more practice turns.

So wonderful and sweet! Felt like hanging out with a family member or friend. Soooo delicious and tasty! Heavily recommend!!!
