WA NOTE delivered a stunning immersive dining experience with projection mapping perfectly matched to each dish. I also really appreciated how thoughtfully they accommodated my seafood allergy throughout the course.

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The space was small and intimate, the staff was kind and attentive, and every course was beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented.
The Wagyu was the best steak I have ever had. It melted in our mouths like butter. Expensive, but absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Honestly I thought this place was gonna be all style and no substance, but as a grown man I can admit I was completely wrong lol. The whole experience was actually insane. You can tell they put crazy effort into every detail, not just the food but the atmosphere and the way everything is presented.
The courses kept surprising me one after another and by the end I was both full and genuinely impressed. Also the chef and staff were ridiculously kind and welcoming, which made the night even better.
Didn’t expect to get emotionally invested in a dinner service but here we are. Definitely worth experiencing.

Wow. I genuinely did not expect to come across a concept like this in Japan, but this experience completely blew me away. It never feels like you are simply having dinner it feels like you are stepping into a story about Japan and it's culture that slowly unfolds throughout the night.
You can immediately tell how thoughtfully every ingredient has been selected, and the course progresses in such a beautifully structured way that each dish feels like another chapter of the narrative. By the end, not only are you completely satisfied physically, but it genuinely feels like your mind and senses have been fed as well. The balance between flavor, presentation, atmosphere, and storytelling was honestly mesmerizing.
What made the evening even more unforgettable was the people. Every staff member and especially the chef were unbelievably kind, gentle, and attentive in a way that made the entire experience feel warm and personal rather than simply luxurious. Their passion quietly shines through every interaction and every plate.
This was not just a meal, definitely. it felt like an immersive artistic experience carefully built with emotion, elegance, and soul. I already cannot wait to return once the grand opening happens.

I absolutely loved my experience at Wa Note. The animations projected on the walls were stunning and made the entire dinner feel like a story unfolding around us. What made it even more special was how each dish connected to the story, creating a dining experience that felt thoughtful, immersive, and very unique.
Every dish was excellent, and you could tell that the ingredients were carefully selected and special. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made a real effort to explain everything in English, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Wa Note is still a new spot, but I truly think it has the potential to become one of the highlights of any trip to Japan. I definitely recommend it.

As a toddler mom, I found this restaurant a good place to disconnect and enjoy a nice dinner, with 3D animations. It’s not the easiest spot to find, but once you step inside, everything changes. The atmosphere immediately pulls you in, and the music and visuals prepare your senses to enjoy the food.
What really makes the experience special is how the food and animations work together. Some of the animations are interactive too, which makes the whole dinner feel playful and memorable rather than just another fine dining.
My favorite dish was definitely the sashimi. The texture of the fish was incredible, and it practically melted in my mouth. The dessert was another highlight, especially how it brought out the sweetness and aroma of the melon in such a refined way.
Overall, it’s one of those experiences that feels truly unique. I would definitely come back and bring friends who are visiting Japan.

I visited WA NOTE after graduating from a program I had been attending, as a way to reward myself, relax, and enjoy a long-overdue date with my husband.
I chose this restaurant because I wanted to try something new, but the experience was much more memorable than I expected. The combination of Japanese culture, beautiful food, and immersive visual displays made the whole evening feel special. The interactive display added a fun and unique element, and I really enjoyed watching the story unfold around the meal.
What I loved most was the atmosphere. I felt so calm, almost as if all my stress had disappeared. Because of that peaceful feeling, the food tasted even better. I truly enjoyed every part of the meal.
It became one of those days I will never forget. A beautiful experience, a meaningful celebration, and a perfect place to reconnect with my husband.

This restaurant offers much more than a normal dining experience. Located in a very central area of Tokyo, surrounded by many tourists and international residents, it creates a truly immersive introduction to Japanese culture through projection mapping on the screen and directly onto the table. You don’t just eat Japanese cuisine here, you also learn about the culture behind it while enjoying some of Japan’s most famous dishes. Even though the restaurant recently opened and we were among its early customers, the experience was already very impressive. The seating, visuals, lighting, storytelling, and food all work together smoothly, and the whole session was so engaging that we barely noticed how almost two hours passed. The food quality was excellent. Almost every dish was very good, but the sashimi and sliced wagyu stood out the most for me. As someone who has lived in Japan for seven years and visited many restaurants, I can honestly say the quality here was top-notch. What makes this place special is that it is not only about taste. The food is amazing, but the restaurant also adds a strong cultural and sensory layer through the presentation, atmosphere, and context. If you are visiting Tokyo and want more than just a nice meal, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you want to enjoy high-quality Japanese food while also getting a deeper feeling for Japanese culture in a contemporary and memorable way. Definitely recommended.
