My friends and I had SUCH a wonderful experience learning to make wagashi with Yuko in her lovely home! We learned how to make 4 types of nerikiri as well as sakuramochi while looking out at the beautiful cherry blossoms along the river. Yuko was a great and patient instructor who humored us even when we, as a group of artists, went a little off the rails from the traditional designs. We'd recommend this class to anyone visiting Tokyo!
