This experience was amazing! The omakase style menu was absolutely delicious. Every course built on the prior one and the sake pairing was exceptional. The hosts were extremely nice and our conversation was so much fun! Would 100% go back!

The sushi- and maki-making experience was everything I had hoped for. The venue is perfect with spectacular views of the Sumida river, the Asahi beer building and the Skytree. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and fun. They introduced the making of sushi and maki in easy-to-follow steps. Our creations were beautiful and delicious. Highly recommended!

It was awesome! Teachers were super patient and helped me and my 2 children make beautiful sushi. I was very pleased/amazed by how good it tasted too!

My husband and I did this course as part of our honeymoon trip and we made great memories. We learnt so much and did not realise how much technique goes into cutting sashimi and making sushi! We were so lucky to have learnt from Chef Katsuji who owns 11 ramen/ sushi restaurants and is highly skilled. Chef Katsuji and his wife held the class in their beautiful home, and they were so kind and made it such a personable experience. It was also packed with value, we started off with a tea ceremony and learnt how to properly mix matcha. We then learnt to make sushi and ramen, and he even taught us how to cut some fruit and vegetable art to make our plates pretty. After we ate, Chef Katsuji wrote our names in calligraphy with a beautiful poem. He also gave us his curry product as another souvenir, which is available to purchase at airports. 10/10 would recommend - what an experience!

We had lots of fun! Making sushi and other two dishes. She arranged it perfectly. Also great English and fun to chat with. I’d totally book it again when I have friends visiting.
