This experience was amazing. Definitely our favourite thing we did in Osaka. Mori was a great host and chef Tsubasa was extremely kind and respectful. I hope everyone has the pleasure of having him as their sushi sensei. It was a fun and intimate way to learn the art of sushi making, and it tasted delicious. We will definitely be visiting his restaurant Bon’s for dinner next time we are in Osaka!

We had a wonderful time during our cooking class. Sho was so patient with our seven year old son. It will definitely be one of the highlights from our trip and he is already talking about cooking for friends once we get home. We highly recommend this experience.

Our cooking class and tea ceremony with chef Katuzi was amazing. He was very professional and entertaining. We learnt some great skills in sushi making and made great ramen. All Ingredients were fresh Chef”s assistant Kumiko was very friendly and helpful. She took photos throughout the class and then sent them to us before we left.
