Since 2005, Naoko has been organizing a number of Japanese cooking classes with several specialists in Paris, Tokyo and Kamakura. These workshops focus on healthy Japanese cooking for foreign visitors and teaching recipes that can be easily adopted in their home countries. She feels it is important to present ways of cooking that can be enjoyed together, even when we come from different backgrounds (related to our health, values, religion, etc...).
