Surrounded by premium meat his whole life, chef-owner Takayama's ability to distinguish excellent meat from average has been sharpened since he was a little kid. After returning home he opened his very own Italian restaurant, Antica Osteria Carneya, hidden on a street near Ushigome-Kagurazaka Station.
