They have over 30 different kinds of tea and more than 20 kinds of sweets that are freshly made. One of their specialties is “hitokuchigashi,” which is a one-bite size sweet. Their confectionery uses seasonal fruits so you can sense their subtle fragrance. At Higashiya Ginza, you can experience Japanese-style afternoon tea. The meal will be served with Japanese green tea, which brings out the full flavor of each ingredient. The place is filled with a sense of beautiful Japanese tradition and culture.
