With their noodles made in-house, you're guaranteed the freshest flat and straight noodles for your bowl of ramen. Supple and smooth in texture, they perfectly match the broth produced at Kadoya. The simplistic shoyu (soy sauce) based ramen is the bestseller here. Its rich and aromatic soup, made from a dashi broth of chicken, pork and seafood, enhances the flavors perfectly. Top the bowl off with succulent Kagoshima chashu pork and white spring onions to add a couple more layers of flavors.
