Chef Koketsu is also an expert in handmade soba, serving it at varying temperatures, with premium seasonal toppings like radish and duck. There are plenty of options for kaiseki dining in Osaka, but due to their particularly high-quality and hearty cooking (and the Michelin star they have to show for it), Koketsu is one of the best.
