Restaurant Details

The philosophy of Nadeshico Sushi is to “provide seasonal, delicious sushi and hospitality services to people all over the world.” Eating sushi at the counter in front of the chef is usually only available at high-end sushi restaurants. Yuki Chizui, the head sushi chef, wants to make this style of sushi more accessible to young people and people from overseas. As one of the only female sushi chefs in Japan, she is passionate about breaking down barriers in the world of sushi. Yuki Chizui does all the work from procurement to making sushi by using seasonal and fresh ingredients. She offers a variety of sushi. For the sushi set meal, they have six kinds of sets. The prices range from 4,000 yen to 10,000 yen. In addition, there is a vegetable sushi set available. There are also 14 kinds of a la carte sushi (from 300 yen to 1,000 yen) to enjoy your favorite sushi. You can also try nine types of rolled sushi. Other than sushi, you don’t want to miss the side dishes; sashimi, tempura, tofu, edamame, and more!
