Nagata in Kanoka

Kagawa Prefecture’s food scene is most famous for two things: high-quality udon, and how crazy the locals are about high-quality udon. In fact, the people here eat more than twice the average amount per annum. The reason they love it so much is because of the unique style of the noodles here, named “sanuki udon” — a unique prefectural recipe which results in square, flat udon with a chewy texture.
